Case study one:
I ran into one of my ex-colleague of my former organization along Broad Street, Marina, Lagos, while on my way to meet a client.
He was dressed in mufti so I jokingly assumed he had resigned and was on his own; though I learnt he was on a brief leave of work.
He told me how several years ago he and his close friends were discussing about several business ideas and owning their own company. He had suggested back then he wished to own a Facility management firm that also recruit workers like cleaners, security men, receptionists, secretaries, etc on contract basis for corporate bodies, and other business organizations.
